We’re looking for a number of interns, to help us with a range of challenges from web design and updating, to researching the latest trends in conservation and renewables, to working with energy contractors and property owners, to grant writing, and so on. These are (initially) unpaid internships, with the possibility of future employment — and the certainty of an interesting and useful experience.
(1) Research and Analysis Intern(s)
We are interested in having one or more student interns working with us on data gathering, analysis, research, and such specific issues as
- measurement and verification of energy improvements,
- quantifying the costs and benefits of resiliency improvements,
- measuring the impact of the program on jobs, costs savings, and reduction in carbon emissions

(2) Public Relations and Marketing Intern
We’re looking for a PR and Marketing intern, to help manage our branding and outreach efforts. Responsibilities may also include web site management and/or development, preparation of collateral materials and press releases, and the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns.

(3) Social Media Intern
We’re looking for a Social Media intern, whose responsibilities would include the development of a crowd-funding application to support the development of New Jersey PACE.

(4) Grant-Writing Intern
We’re looking for one or more Grant-Writing interns, to research foundations, grants, sponsoring organizations, and other sources of nonprofit support, and work with us to submit grant applications.

(5) Finance Intern
We’re looking for a Finance intern, whose responsibilities will include everything from bookkeeping to budgeting, financial planning, and direct assistance to our CFO and Director of Finance.

(5) Alliance Membership Intern — Position Filled
We’re looking for an Alliance Membership intern, whose role will include supporting our Alliance members, maintaining and updating Alliance information at our separate Alliance web site, contacting and working with our entire range of stakeholders, including energy contractors, property owners, municipal officials, lenders, and others.
